Russia Thwarting 'Great Terror' in the Near Moscow

Militant's turbulent North Caucasus region are planning to launch terror "large" outside Moscow. As stated by the Head of Russia's State Security Agency, the FSB, told President Dmitry Medvedev on Monday (18 / 7).
